In 2023, St. Mary’s provided over $200,000 in donations to 190 nonprofit organizations.

The St. Mary's Bank Charitable Foundation
The St. Mary's Bank Charitable Foundation was established in 2019 to ensure that St. Mary’s Bank can sustain a high level of community giving for the long term. The Foundation’s mission is to support, promote and advance charitable, educational, cultural, scientific and public health causes and activities that directly affect our members, employees and communities at large.
1908 applications for are accepted at any time. Scholarships applications are available in the spring.
1908 Funds
The 1908 Funds are awarded for the express purpose of developing and/or administering activities that specifically support St. Mary’s history and continued commitment to providing thrift and economic self-sufficiency. These grants provide program and project support focused on developing the necessary tools to move individuals and families toward financial independence. The funds typically support nonprofit organizations in the communities we serve for one-time, special need or project-based activities with awards ranging from $500 to $5,000.
