Industry veteran brings decades of experience to the mortgage center

St. Mary’s Bank welcomes Lisa Martin to the mortgage specialists’ team. She previously held the role of construction loan specialist at TD Bank, located in Derry, New Hampshire. 

With over 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, Lisa is committed to helping members confidently navigate their options when buying or refinancing a home. While she will continue to share her extensive product knowledge with colleagues and members, her primary focus will be:

• Home loan refinancing
• First-time homebuyer programs
• Construction-to-permanent financing 

As a New Hampshire Housing Homeownership Fellow, she has a heightened awareness of the affordable housing challenges that exist, both locally and nationally. Lisa is committed to addressing this issue and will continue her proven history of successfully partnering with local realtors to help more of their clients achieve homeownership.
